This is a major test to show your moral behavior. With the offer of receiving more money for getting more answers correct can encourage people to want to cheat more because of the greed. Many people will not admit to others that they will cheat, but if nobody but yourself will know about you cheating, will you do it? Not only is this a test of moral behavior, but also a test of integrity, which is doing right even though others won't find out about it. If nobody were to find out about you cheating, I believe that a lot of people will do it. There is also a lot of people in our world who let their conscience overcome their moral downfalls. Only the person themself will actually truthfully know what they would do in that type of situation. People can also talk a lot and say they would never cheat, but in my opinion one can not say exactly what they would do until he/she are actually in that situation themself.
